Roadhog – Buff

Sombra – Tweak
Why this matters: When Sombra is revealed (e.g., taking damage), she now loses less movement speed. This makes her slightly harder to punish when caught out. Our take: A minor quality of life buff. Sombra remains a niche pick, but escaping after a failed hack will feel a bit smoother.
Vendetta – Buff
Why this matters: Vendetta has been underperforming. An extra 25 health makes her more durable in duels and less prone to getting one shot. Our take: A solid buff. 275 total health moves her out of “squishy” territory. Expect to see more Vendetta players in ranked.

Our take: A significant damage reduction. Junker Queen will still be viable, but not oppressive. Other tank builds may become more attractive.
Orisa – Restortify & Enhanced Target Sensors Nerfs
Our take: Orisa’s self sustain and damage output take a hit. The cost increase makes the perk more expensive to build into.
Ramattra – Mixed Changes (Nerfs to Dominant Builds, Buffs to Weapons)
