Crimson Desert Patch 1.07.00 – 5 More Boss Rematches, Damiane Unarmed Skills, Dragon Mission Fix

Crimson Desert patch 1.07.00 adds 5 boss rematches (74 total), unarmed combat for Damiane, Aerial Stab for companions, new wolf/bear mounts, and fixes “Deferred Advance” dragon mission.

Pearl Abyss delivers another quick follow‑up patch with community‑requested skills, mount variety, and a long‑awaited fix for Blackstar’s health recovery.

Just days after the massive 1.06.00 update (which added bear taming, material extraction, and the Kuku Bird mount), Pearl Abyss has released Version 1.07.00 – a smaller but highly targeted patch.

✨ Key Additions – Boss Rematches & Companion Skills

FeatureDetail
Boss rematches5 more added – total now 74
Damiane unarmed skillsNow accessible under “Fists” in the Skill menu
Aerial StabNew move for Damiane and Oongka – attacks mid‑air enemies, useful for traversal (climbing cliffs)
Kliff – Blinding Flash FinisherNew unarmed combat finisher
Oongka – Explosive StrikeNow has a second charge (plus a charge phase)
More wolf / bear mountsAdditional types can now be registered as special mounts; specific mounts now have reins for realism

“Also, as promised, Damiane has received unarmed combat skills… She – and Oongka – also gain another move from Kliff’s repertoire: Aerial Stab.”

Our take: The boss rematches keep endgame players busy. Damiane’s unarmed skills were promised last patch – glad to see them delivered. Aerial Stab is a fun addition for vertical exploration. More wolf and bear variants mean collectors have even more to tame.

🐉 Major Bug Fix – “Deferred Advance” Dragon Mission

One of the most frustrating late‑game bugs has finally been squashed. The mission “Deferred Advance” – which features dragon combat – had an issue where Blackstar’s health would not recover if you gave up or retried. This made the fight unnecessarily punishing.

💬 BuyCarry Team’s Take

Patch 1.07.00 is a polish and promise‑keeping patch. Pearl Abyss said Damiane’s unarmed skills were coming – and they delivered. The five additional boss rematches give endgame players more content to chew through.

What we like:

  • Damiane unarmed skills – she finally feels like a complete companion.
  • Aerial Stab – adds vertical mobility for both companions. Great for cliff exploration.
  • Dragon mission fix – “Deferred Advance” was a notorious frustration point. Glad it’s fixed.
  • More wolf/bear mounts – collectors rejoice.
  • Oongka Explosive Strike second charge – significant combat buff.

What we’re neutral about:

  • No new major systems – this is a smaller patch after 1.06.00’s big features.
  • The AMD GPU crash fix is welcome but niche.

For our clients:
